We offer a property management service. Not having to collect the rent each month, take care of complaints or maintenance yourself certainly takes the weight off your shoulders.

Our property management services include:

• financial management: collecting the monthly rent, taking action in case of payment arrears, annual rent indexation and drawing up the monthly rental statement;
• technical management: solving and dealing with maintenance and complaints. We work with various companies and professionals who are available outside working hours, if necessary.
